Oci from india

Hi Team,

We are from india. We have canada pr status. My son was born in canada 6 months ago, we returned to india when he was 1 month old on his one year valid india tourist visa. Now I want apply oci from india for my son. We went to frro hyderabad branch. They asked us to get my son's birth certificate Endorsed by concern indian mission abroad.

What does that mean ?
is it similar like attested process by CGI office ?

What is the process ?

Can I send anybody to get that done ?


Please help us to know the right process if any one has come acorss same situation.

hi did you figure it out? I am in same situation my son is going to india dont have time to wait for oci. ccan he apply oci from india he have 3 months visa of india and that can be extended but thinking to apply oci from india
