Hi, I am planning to apply for OCI. I have a question, I am married and at present my wife is in india(visiting). In required documents they asked for wife's passport pages, landind paper of her too. Do i need to send original documents of my wife? or original documents of mine should be sufficient? Since i am the applicant. Please let me know. Thank You.

All you need to submit is the photocopy of your spouse passport and landing paper. Original is not required to show as you are principal applicant.

Hi, I recently got married. My wife lives in India and she has no visa for Canada. I am yet to file for her PR application either. In this case, do I need to furnish our marriage certificate? Her passport? Or any other documents. Thanks..

That is true, make sure you upload all the supporting documents of yourself & you can submit the originals in person. On the OCI website don't worry about the options you select from the drop down menu just upload one by one (ex., landing doc, surrender certificate, cancelled photo copy of passport, canada passport, oath certificate).

You can submit the marriage certificate & if she can send you the photocopies of her passport that should be good too. Nothing else is required from her.
