Anyone know how to apply and obtain NBI fingerprint cards in the Philippines? It's a requirement for my wife's Thailand Police Clearance Certificate but we can't seem to find instructions on how to get it anywhere on the internet. Thanks in advance!
"Camp Rafael C. Crame is the national headquarters of the Philippine National Police (PNP) located along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA), Quezon City."
The Camp Crame Crime Laboratory is inside the Camp Crame. No appointment is needed, but it's best if you come early.
Thanks this is really helpful. Did you yourself manage to get an NBI fingerprint card from Camp Crame?
My wife is currently in Makati, Metro Manila. Is there anywhere closer to get it? NBI Office(same as where you get an NBI Clearance) or the Thai Embassy perhaps?
Not sure about the other places you just mentioned.
If it's not too much for her to go to Camp Crame, then just let her have it there. If it is, then she can call the number I posted above and ask if they can refer any NBI/PNP office that offers the same services as Camp Crame does. I'm sure there are other places where she can obtain the prints, but I believe Camp Crame Crime Laboratory is the best place there ever is.
Yes I think that will be our first place to go. Have you or anyone you know personally got NBI fingerprint cards here and used it to apply for a police clearance? Thanks again for the prompt response.
Anyway, may I ask for what do you need the NBI fingerprint cards? Aren't you supposed to print your own Thai fingerprint form and have the fingerprints rolled by a professional? If you plan to also use the NBI Fingerprints Cards, you can do so. But it is highly recommended that you also provide your own copy of the Thai fingerprint form ( 2 sets).
Somebody on the other thread you posted replied that he used this service: a-plus
It's one of the requirements to apply for a Royal Thai Police Clearance. CIC website as well as Royal Thai Embassy website says we need 3 sets of fingerprints either taken by local police(NBI) or Royal Thai Embassy/ Consulate with stamp and signature of the official taking it. We did see on other discussions that people downloaded and printed the card form but NBI declined to use it, asking for an official card.
Yes, that said service (a-plus) is one option to apply for the Royal Thai Police Clearance. But since my wife has friends back in Thailand, we're just asking one of them to apply in her behalf. Another reason is that a-plus is a little pricey. They also require us to provide the fingerprint card if we use their service as it is a requirement.
Please tell me
1) From where to obtain the FBI card
2) Where to take fingerprints here jn the Philippines?
3) How to submit the FBI FINGERPRINT through mail or courier or any other service?
4) How to submit the $18 fee to FBI
