obtaining copy of past lmo

Ive tried contacting employer obviously, but between being incompetent and unwilling to put any effort into providing a copy for me, I cant get it through him.

Also tried, CIC who sent me to Service Canada, who sent me to employer services center who gave me an agent that just kept interrupting me when I said im just employee to say that they do not deal with employees. Even after I explained (through the mass interruptions) that the employer was uncooperative....

Service Canada is not allowed to provide this kind of information to employees (only to employers). So I wouldn't bother contacting them again. I think your only option is to get it from your employer.
