    Ive tried contacting employer obviously, but between being incompetent and unwilling to put any effort into providing a copy for me, I cant get it through him. Also tried, CIC who sent me to Service Canada, who sent me to employer services center who gave me an agent that just kept interrupting...

    Right. K then question 7 asks about CSQ... Does this only apply to people wanting to stay in quebec, as we are in alberta? It asks if yo lu have received csq yet and if not it wants a date for when you applied for it.... Anything that I have searched seems to only bring up people in quebec...

So how many should she put since she is applying only for herself. As well it later asks for the family's information...
