Hello everyone!

I called the CIC call centre mid last week and I was told that my file has been sent from St.Clair office to Mississauga office. Its been 36 months i applied and can u guys tell me if this is a good news will i get my oath letter soon?

Have you requested your ATIP report recently ?. I think you are one step closer to Oath invitation, its taking between 30 - 60 days from the date its transferred to local office to get Oath invitation. Wish and pray you and we all who are waiting for ever get our Oath invitations.

CanadianLesi,
Any news on your end?

Hi guys,

Who knows approximately time for St.Clair to transfer file to local office after file was finally assigned to the officer?

My time line:

1. Applied - May 2012
2. RQ received - March 2013
3. RQ sent - April 2013
3. Test passed - February 2014
4. File transferred to St. Clair - March 2014
5. Assigned to officer - January 2015

Oath - future and no one knows when such thing can happened. :D :D :D

Congratulations! this is indeed good news for people like us waiting for St Clair to move fast on these old applications. My timeline is pretty close to yours so let us hope this is the beginning of something good.

What does your ATIP report say, has your file transferred to local office either to Scarborough or Mississauga. The reason being, only after its transferred to local office it get assigned to an officer and from that date it taking between 30-60 days.

Wish you all the best.

hi everyone
am a new member but been following this forum since 2012 and here is my timeline,, applied mar12, rq and reply nov12,, test mar27th 2014
1st atip on sep 14, 2nd atip in nov 14 nothing important,, except that hearing not required
3rd atip was not so good, it says passed first test however several concerns on notes attached to file and sent for CEN (I don't know what does that mean) for FPAT
I know there is the short and the long FPAT but its not mentioned which one applies to me
my application is a family with 3 kids

if any comments on what does CEN means please let me know

Guys I'm slightly worried I forgot to mention my nick name on my application. Now they asked for t4 slips from past employers from 2008 and there I had a different name.

I still provided them the t4 with a note explaining.

Our timelines are close, except that I was RQ'd after test. My file was also assinged to an officer for review in January. I have noticed on the forum that the review time varies.

I'm not sure about the timelines but my file was also assigned to an officer on Jan 14th 2015. I have a special needs child and another kid along with mine. Lets hope all our applications are done ASAP.

thanks
