Oath Timeline after test at St. Clair Office

Here is my Timeline

Started Processing Feb 2013

Notice to Prepare for Exam- St Clair Dec 2013
Test March 07 2014 at St Clair
Waiting for oath
My file is moved now to Mississauga for review as per CiC agent today . She was so helpful , she gave me a full picture of my file . I asked how long it will take for Ouath , she replied that it usually takes 6 months after test ,which is exactly what we have been told at the test . My point is that CIC gives you a time frame of 6 month and you may be called after a month , two , 3 depends on the persons who are reviewing your file .

Please who have already finish your oath. Kindly share your experiences.

Is it a full day event or just 5 hrs? If the oath is scheduled in the morning, can the people who are working that day finish the oath and go back to their job probably around lunch time?

Just called CIC
My test results are not updated yet. We sent them a note to update it more than a month ago, but nothing yet.
The agent said that st. clair is a mess and that many other people are in the same situation.
I am not sure why applications are not processed in an ordered manner. It seems like its all over the place, some applications are processed, others dont get any attention.

Folks I am still waiting too my test done on feb 20th and yesterday called them and was told that everything seems going well !!! Most likely a matter of time !! Was told also the test was updated on March 4th so I am not sure how should I perceive that?

I am a Feb 12 test taker, waiting for ATIP (and oath!). LAst week I met a friend who got RQ'ed and responded back in Fall 2012. No Exam yet, on 32th month !! I advised him ATIP upon what I've read on this forum. He Sends ATIP May 12th, and receives exam invite today! Absolutely convinced his file was lying somewhere at St.Clair, and ATIP gave it a nudge.

do you think requesting ATIP will move or speed up the citizenship application, mainly after you finish up your interview/ test

I believe ATIP will help dormant cases speed up, especially towards the end of the infamous 36 months term. Othervise for regular (albeit slowly moving) files, it may not.
