Oath Timeline after test at Montreal Office

last post for oath here was may 22nd. Since then it's incredibly quiet

My family's interview and test was taken on 4-Dec-2017 .. they are still in process until today .. around 207 days :(

we contacted the CIC help line many times, we submitted web form requests, and we contacted the local MP but no reply at all !! don't know what do more

this is disturbing ... did you order ATIP ?
 
I've done my test on Feb 26th, and not even DM so far, still in process, anyone similar to me?
 
In Montreal, test done in September 2018, as of Feb. 2019 no invitation received.

IRCC email support says: "your application is still within the regular processing times"

What is the date of your application submitted and the receving date as well
 
For me in Montreal test in early November 2018
Still my ecas IP
no oath letter 15 weeks passed almost 3 and half months
