Very Stressed - Learned when I signed on checking my status that my citizenship Oath is 7 days away; I sent an IRCC webform to change my email address several months ago and never received a confirmation. I have not received my invitation or instructions and can not reach anyone by phone (same over the past few months when trying to confirm email address change). Can anyone give me advice — I’ve sent 2 more IRCC webforms and can’t get any reply; don’t want to miss this ceremony. What can I do?

You still have time. Call them tomorrow at 8:00 am though to have better chance getting through.

I have done this without success - call at 8:00am or 3pm to 4pm as advised; I'll keep trying but there should be something else I can do.

If you have time, try multiple times throughout the day. It took me 26 times yesterday to FINALLY speak with someone. Took me only once a couple of weeks ago to get put through to an agent. I agree with CaBeaver- try at 8am tomorrow.

Good luck!

Sometimes they send 3 days before too. There is no consistency of when they will send email.
Is you email address same as where you receive Test Invite?

My online status shows the invite was sent on Feb 2; this was just updated. I was not required to take the test because I'm over 55, so there was not invite for the test.

Check "Junk" or "Spam" section of email as well. People have reported that email went to Junk or spam.

OK. Hope you will get in touch with them on call to find out which email address they used.
Thanks for everyone's input; as suggested I just kept calling every 5-10 minutes and got through today at 11:34am (didn't think that would be the answer but it was). Issue was they updated the email but recorded it as a secondary email address and did not delete the old email address (leaving it as primary).
Was advised that the notice will be resent; but will take 2 days - or Feb 8 - cuts it close for Feb 10 - hopefully it works out.

I did contact my MP and was sent an intake form today; I'm thinking of completing it anyway and returning to have them follow-up in case something goes awry - any thoughts on that? I don't know if anyone has ever taken that approach I did get a quick reply from my local MP.

You no longer have access to your old email?
