For those who submitted an urgent processing request via web form AFTER receiving AOR, how long did it take for IRCC to acknowledge receiving the web form? I submitted my request last Monday, they confirmed this morning via phone agent that they haven’t received it yet. Niagara Falls office.

I would assume your application would be returned as incomplete. I’ve not been in this situation, but going by all the information on websites, this would probably be considered an incomplete application.

I have no concrete examples, but going by what I’ve seen posted on this forum- if your application was urgently processed, you’ll receive your certificate via courier. Most other standard processed applications with go via regular mail. Again, I don’t have any sources, just what I’ve noticed...

You need to physically be in Canada to count any days towards it.

If you have time, try multiple times throughout the day. It took me 26 times yesterday to FINALLY speak with someone. Took me only once a couple of weeks ago to get put through to an agent. I agree with CaBeaver- try at 8am tomorrow. Good luck!

Probably just an ordinary error of sorts. Will likely be fixed over the next couple days.
