My online status is updated to Oath in Progress and showing July 4 as Oath Ceremony date. But i have not received any Invitation on my Email. Is it a normal process and i should wait for invitation email for next couple of days ?

It's normal. You'll get the email a few days before the oath.

I tried , it actually takes you straight to meeting if you have the link , ID and password
I dont think we need to set up personal account

You applied more than a year after me and got oath before me is the most frustrating thing about IRCC (TToTT)
