On the checklist of docs, i opened "Document Checklist [IMM 5612] (PDF, 233 KB)". That doc lists all the supporting docs to be provided.

Right, so I saw few posts saying the KIT was out. Thats why I freaked out.. i am sorry i never saw the date at the bottom. May be the Skilled trades kit is out, FSW is not yet out. :

Where does it say it is the new kit? Although the instruction guide is updated.

It seems like the same forms.

"Note: You will be awarded points for your highest completed credential(s). If you have specified an occupation in your application that requires an ECA report from a designated professional body, but you have also completed a foreign educational credential at a higher level that is not related to your intended occupation, you will need to have the additional credential assessed by one of the “multi-purpose” organizations designated by CIC. Both original ECA reports must be included with your application in order to receive maximum education points."

I think Nocs 1112 and Noc 2174 are the hottt NOCS that will fill up quickly. NOC 1112 possibly in the first 2 days...its possible and Noc 1174 definitely in the first week.

1st 2 days like how ?? WES is taking ages to get the evaluation done even for the express sevice and it will take normally 3 days to get the report back from them in home country and then sending it along complete file guess will easily take whole week. Please share your views,Thanks

1112 and 2174 wont get full in first 2 days. The number of eligible applications need to be counted. And CIC will reject applications without proper information. My best bet is atleast 2-3 weeks the cap for these should be open.

Gogobutt..all it takes is ATTENTION TO DETAILS and the ability to read the dates at the bottom of the forms to see that some have already been updated...dont cry rumour when you are just ignorant of the facts.....investigate thoroughly first.

I would suggest just to wait until the weekend and see what has been placed fully. I suspect CIC is still in process of updating the site.

AYAZ, At the time of my initial post the outlook was much more positive. I have my Wes assessment in hand as I am sure hundreds around the world also have and this does not include the persons with Canadian qualifications who do not need to have Education Assessment. However with the delay in releasing the application kit and so many persons still waiting on their credential assessments I do believe that it will take at least up to the end of thursday for any NOC category to reach its cap. Its just so sad that they couldn't have agreed upon 10,000 applicants rather that just 5000. Many hearts will be broken....I pray mine is not among them
