I have a big house in the Nw Calgary at 501 78av Nw. It is a 1300sq feet Duplex for the living space. It is me and my 12 year old daughter. I like this place because of the transit buses are many to down town bus 2, 4, 5 , 301 limited stops and bus 20 to University of Calgary and foothills. Schools are behind the house and superstore at a working distance.
2 students can join me or couple with kids are welcome. It is 650 including bills all furnished with bed reading table, sofa and kitchen utensils available for sale.Contract is 6 months or 1 year.
No pets and no smoking clean and open minded students of family. i would most of the times and hardly be at home.
