Hello friends!! I am looking forward to get NSNP under skilled worker category from Nova Scotia but i have a few queries.
NSNP skilled worker category eligibly criteria states that you must have -
1. A full-time permanent job offer from a Nova Scotia employer and at least One year work experience related to the job.
2. An employer can only hire foreign workers for positions they have been unable to fill with permanent residents or Canadian citizens.
Point 1 does not mention anything about the NOC - O,A and B skills requirement. Can i come to Nova scotia and get any kind of work to be eligible for this, irrespective of the skill level associated with the job??
Point 2 puts a lot of responsibilities on the employer. Are the employers there honest enough to testify it before the authorities that no canadian citizen/PR holder actually turned up for a particular job role??
Suggestions and Discussions are welcome.
