Hi,

My employer is agreed to move me to Nova Scotia to get through my PR Process. Am currently working on LMIA based closed work permit which restrict me to work for province of Ontario.

Now am in dilemma of which Steam to choose to start my PNP process through NSNP.

Skilled Worker stream : https://novascotiaimmigration.com/move-here/skilled-worker/

or

Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry Category A:

https://novascotiaimmigration.com/move-here/nova-scotia-demand-express-entry/

Could some one gone through this path shed some light on which one will be processes faster? My employer is agreed to process either one of above stream based on my input.

Thanks in Advance

Regards,
Pradeep

How is that going to work. Your employer has to prove they haven’t been able to hire anyone local & a transfer may not count. You need a LMIA for Nova Scotia, And your employer must be based in Nova Scotia, not just an office. Nova Scotia employer means an employer that meets these criteria:
• If the employer is a commercial business, it must be registered with the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stock Companies AND show that it has a permanent establishment in Nova Scotia as defined in Canada’s Income Tax Act
