Now What?

I sent application for my wife on Jan 5th and recieved a letter today from CPC Missisauga that it has been approved. I have two queries:
1. What happens now?
2. My wife is with me in USA..does she have to travel back to get passport stamped or can we courier it from here after few months?

Thanks for any help

1. Her application will now be sent to Buffalo for processing.
2. When her application is completed, she will have to send her passport to Buffalo.
