Oh. Why not deliver the baby in Canada? This will benefit both of the baby and the parents.

spouses who cant come to canada and get pregnant back home and file is in process , so what then???
Add one month from ppr to receiving the Passport. Additional 3 weeks for landing at local office.
With ee it has been taking 18 days from submission to ppr. Many ee applicants are given the option to land over the phone and thus reducing the time between decision made to landing to a few days instead of 2 months.

If somebody gets pregnant during their process of ppr so do you have to inform cic? I am just asking because a friend told me when i visit my wife i have to be careful and dont get her pregnant otherwise our file would delay.is dat true?
