Nov applicant here -my medical was " you dont need exam" but now it changed to " we are reviewing your exam" . has anyone gone through like this ? will my medical be changed to " you passed the exam " again like you guys?

What is your timeline? Are you inland?

I don't observe my record has changed to "we are reviewing your exam" before. I only observed that "you don't need exam" and then next day it became "your have passed the medical exam".

Just got response from the minister's office. They said my security is still in progres at Ottawa Case Processing office (not CIO anymore) and they can't give a timeline.

I guess csis and cbsa completed their part and now it is at the Ottawa Case Processing office.

It's really alerting that people are waiting for around 2 years now. My best wishes are for all of those applicants.
Can anyone explain what could be possible reasons for that much delay?

I haven't received my notes for 3 weeks now. I was ordering one note per week and thus I was receiving the notes once a week too. Even though I emailed them 3 times already and they said they will release my notes asap but got nothing so far. Are you guys receiving your notes regularly?

Endless Security Process. Ironically, people who apply EE obviously are considered to be "safer" since their security check can be finished in 2-3 months.

I haven been waiting for my notes for two months.

Endless Security Process. Ironically, people who apply EE obviously are considered to be "safer" since their security check can be finished in 2-3 months.

Those are the lucky ones. Once being picked for SS, even EE could wait for up to who-knows-how-long.
