Guys any update?? do you think we should write a petition since there is no movement? I have ordered my notes but I haven't received it yet since 34 days ago.

Just called CIC. They said most of the background check is done. A few are left which are waiting to be assigned to an officer. They said, they usually will get the checks completed before the expiry of the medical exam (in July). I was asked to wait for a few more weeks.

I can't understand why CIC can't be clear. Few background checks?? I know that the background check for CIC consists of criminality, medical, and security and we know that we passed the medical and criminality. basically, they are saying that still your security is waiting for an officer after 17 months and I guess your security is ongoing since Jan.

Based on several cases, they don't care about the medical expiry date. They will extend it for a year or simply ask for re medical.

Apr 2017 : PV2 Off Rev

Any thoughts on this ? I am 09 Nov 2015 applicant. May 09 is going to be 18 Months for me. Anybody knows what is that mean PV2 Off Rev?

I received my notes after 34 days but the notes issued 33 days ago before my BC changes into in-progress. The file was assigned to BB. But, based on my note they did not start the security until April (around 5 months after medical).

I read somewhere on this forum, it means your application is in the final stage. Prob. PV2 means code for pnp applicants, Off Rev - Officer review. Did you add your spouse later in the application?
