pulled on 3/20/2017 so pretty useless for me but there something there

No you do not. just need to pay the open work permit fee on top of the regular processing fee.

In the IMM5710E form, which options from the section 3 should I choose? Options are: a work permit with the same employer, restoration of your status as a worker, an initial work permit or work permit with a new employer, temporary resident permit.

My current work permit is post graduate work permit

sitting in Pv2 off rev since feb 1st. didnt touch my file since then

i had trouble with law( my rcmp certificates are clean)and got refused for USA visitor visa once and approved later. Got one study permit and work permit refusal because of missing document.
Let me know if we have something in common.

Just the study permit file sent back because of a missing signature but it was not a refusal. Other than that nope!

There may be another reason why there is the delay. I also had been refused US visa and later got approved and I was also denied a study permit too but was later given when I provided required documents. It didn't seem to delay my application. So maybe you can confirm with GCMS notes.

No, you don't need a job for BOWP as long as your pnp nomination is without job offer required.

to open work permit renew, you choose " with a new employer"

Guys does any one knows what is pv2 off .When I see online it shows pv2 off means provincial nominees abroad .I wonder if we are inland applicant .Why would it they send abroad ??

PV2 off rev. Means.
Pv2 is code for pnp applicants.
Pv2 off rev means = pv2 officer review

what was the due date in your case @ harry potter .R u single applicant or do u apply with spouse ??.As long as you don't call mp and put pressure on them .They would just take their time.When I contacted my mp they said my file is for final review and the review was done by some visa officer in cpc Ottawa and I don't know why would they have another review when he mentioned everything looks fine in the file . The notes say as I HAVE REVIEW THE FILE AND THERE IS NO ADVERSE INFO . AND VISA IS VALID TILL ............. AND MEDICAL PASSED AND THEN HE TRANSFERRD TO PVR OFF REV
