guys I have couple of questions that I need to ask .I would be glad if anyone could answer that . When my check my gcms notes it shows as IAD 0 LITIGATION 0 .What does that mean and if I don't pay my traffic tickets would that effect my security because when I check the gcms notes they put my security onhold in 2016 and then they update as passed because I had court date for radar ticket . Now I have another ticket which im carrying since last year and I dint pay as it almost $500 for speeding .When I went to court they said you can pay whenever u want .Police wont catch u but u have to pay in order to renew your license and registration .Would these things matter ??? .I want to pay traffic ticket later when I sell my car

traffic ticket normally doesn't cause criminal records, unless it's also involve other criminal charges (dangerous driving, street racing, illegal mod on vehicles, etc)

and even if it does, it should show up in the criminality stage, not background check

Hey. I wouldn't be to sure that speeding tickets are not a problem. Cic even requested proof that I paid a speeding ticket in Australia which was for $100. I wouldn't risk not paying your ticket and than they decide no. And how does it look for the government if people don't even pay their speeding fines. Just my two cents.

In my case, Medical Passed, Eligibility passed, Criminality passed for me and in progress for my spouse. How about you ? I did contact my MP, they told me that they are working on it.

Hi Friend, I think most of us whose application has been delayed this much are all stuck at the BG check. And there is no timeline. Each time I contact CIC, the answer is always be " wait ....this is out of our control...just wait".

Ok, there is a significant delay in processing Iranian inland applicants, in particular M.Sc. and PhD graduates. You are not alone and most of Iranian applicants from Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep 2015 are still waiting for PPR. The reason is unclear since they process Iranian outland and express entry applications within the standard processing time.

They haven't started my security. What is the difference between security and criminality? Does both these activities happen here in Canada? Because I check with Superintendent of Police Punjab for my spouse and they told me they have not received anything from immigration regarding that case. How long it took to pass your criminality check.
