guys.. i plan to call CIC on monday, what time would be the best to reach them, ( early morning - dawn? ) if im from saskatchewan, is there any time difference in between, ( DST )? and what number to reach? thanks in advance!

Ottawa is EDT, 2 hrs ahead of Sask.

I am 15 dec applicant .. i got my passport request on saturday but my husband didn't recieve. He is not here in canada . ...

PPR is only sent to the principal applicant, so if it's you, you have to get his passport and photos and email it to CPC-OTTAWA. I think it's better for you to read the PPR instructions. Thanks

Did you guys print out the whole email or just Annex A?

Just the annex A. I zoomed in the whole page, printscreened, then printed and filled it out. Keep it simple.

I just highlighted Annex A form and right click print. If it doesn't fit in 1 page then change paper size to A4. I did whole process from Chrome.
