I thought even after BG changed to ''IN PROGRESS", you still need to wait for months to get the DM/PPR. Mine still 'Not Needed/Applicble' for BG. I dont know whether the entire process should finish within 16 months or not. But i feel so down.

In my case it took me almost 2 months to get DM after my BG changed to "IN PROGRESS" I called CIC and they told me that they are finalizing most of the files within 16 months. I waited for 15 Months and 9days to get my DM and PPR.

It depends really, I waited about a month after it changed to "in progress". But some people have had their DM and BG change to "in progress" at the same time..
 
anybody get PPR after DM?..i HAD DM March 11th but no PPR yet

BG went tp process FEB 23

i just opened my cic still my BG showing in process, but when i opened ECAS it is showing "Permanent Residence Application Status : DECISION MADE" what does it mean....im not understanding...

does it mean i got the decision made? plz anyone suggestion

There are quite a few of us in the same boat. For most of us it changed this Saturday just gone (March 11th). I think it will probably change in MyCIC at the same time we get PPR.

Either way, I think PPR is only a few days away for all of us who had DM on Saturday..
 
I am loosing hope from cic . NO updates yet .Cic screwed up my life .I wasted so 6 years of my life .No major progress in my career .I don't know what to say .Its so frustrating and ridiculous
 
I got GCMS notes today :D

Eligibility : Passed
Criminality : Passed
Medical : Passed
Security : Not Started


My timeline:
PR application (AINP inland - Paper Based) received by CIC on September 22, 2016
got AOR on December 22 , 2016
