My ECAS status changed to DM but notes shows as :

1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2015.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 16, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on February 16, 2016.
4. We sent you correspondence on August 5, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
5. Medical results have been received.

I didn't see "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision" as others got when they get DM... Should I be worried?

your method is right,

keep trying,

You will always hear "we are currently experiencing high volumn of...."

But if you are lucky enough, you will get into the waiting list for next available agent. It usually takes 20mins to wait.

Good luck

Try like 5-6 times, may be you can get through, Best is to call them early morning, as soon as they open up. I always call them 7.45 am ontario time and and there is only 5 min wait, Good Luck!

Because refugees are their priority. I will never vote for Trudeau when i become citizen. Processing times increased. Spouses and refugees are his priority.
