I can only assume you will get PPR in March 2017. But everything depends on your visa officer, how fast he/she is processing your file.

After your background went to in progress 2-8 months depends on your nationality. There are inland June, July, August, and Sep applicants that are waiting for PPR. The problem is the delay in starting the security because they haven't done anything on our cases until now except getting landing fee and issuing medical. The main process start in Ottawa and when you see background in progress means that they just transferred your file to a visa officer in Ottawa and if you are lucky and do not need an extreme background check probably you will get news in 2 months and if not you need to wait at least 6 months.

I did Decision made Feb 2, PPR came Feb 6 at 9:30 PM. And came in my gmail in promotion folder so I find out that it came at 11:30 PM when I was checking my emails.
Passport copies sent yesterday, hoping to get it back by end of next week.

I don't think that is accurate. My security check started in early October 2016 but 'background check' changed in progress on 13 January 2017. There seems to be delay in updating the status. Some say the latter means everything is passed and a final review is started.
