Hey man I have same situation I am nov 22 applicants
I applied for my notes on dec 2 2016 still waiting for it so we both on same boat

Hey i had to send them email for gcms notes yesterday and i received them today. Sen email on same email they used to send you receipt. Include tracking number amd file nimber.

Wow congrats! You are almost there we almost have same timeline. But my background check is still not needed this time. I am single applicant too.

My friend was a august applicant. PS admin was his last location, he recieved ppr after that.

My last gcms note this january the file location was PS only. When I checked on site what does it means, it meant prescreening. Do you think this is almost same as yours?

One of my friend got DM yesterday. He was October 23 Applicant. So we can expect during end of January or Early February.

My last gcms note this january the file location was PS only. When I checked on site what does it means, it meant prescreening. Do you think this is almost same as yours?

I think PS means pre screen or pending security and the security has not been started. When your background changed to in progress they just started the security and it takes between 1-3 months. I don't know why they are not starting the security ?? but I am not excepting anything earlier than 16 months with this trend (hopefully 16 not more!!!). The last file location is PACE after PS based on the seniors.

I think so too. Hopefully it wont take that long . But on my gcms notes the due dates for elegibility and security is march 9, 2017 so i think that will be the latest if ever they will make the decision for my PR
