Hi Guys,

i have received SINP OID nomination on 15th of November now preparing my documents to submit the application to CIC but i have few queries

In documents checklist Experience letter and Education Credential Assessment is not required/mentioned to be submitted

Now i am confused what to do ?

can you please share your experience

I would say submit your file based on Checklist.
If they will need extra document, they will ask for
And I m sure that you would have submitted your educational credentials while applying SINP

I did same, I submitted while applying SINP but not while applying to CIC as it was not needed according to Checklist

I am SINP inland 2015 Nov applicant. PNP is employment restricted. I applied Federal last year and also done medicals. Means I am waiting for decision made and ppr.
My work permit will be expired soon upcoming February.
How can I extend my work permit? Am i eligible for bridging open work permit by myself? or my employer have to pay compliance fees and then I can apply for extension ?

As your SINP is employer restricted, you cannot apply for BOWP, your employer have to pay complience fee and then you can apply

you're not eligible for BOWP. You can apply WP extension (same employer) and explain your situation. As soon as your application is submitted before your current WP expires, you are in implied status until the WP application decision is made. If you withdraw the WP application after landing as PR and before WP application goes to review, you can get your money back

Hi im a December 20 applicant and i got my MR on Nov 7, i did my medical on Nov 16, but i never had an update on my ECAS if they receive my medical already. Is it just normal that they dont usually update ecas right away? I cant link to mycic bec i have a representative.

My timeline is as below.. i think its not a big deal. Any other december applicant whose ecas is not updated?

Wow! Congratulations. My MR was done in October 28 and passed Nov 11th but no PPR email yet and ECAS still show In Progress.

Can't wait to receive the Golden Email ;D
