Well my friend was single applicant (8th Nov) who got his decision made. So we can see some shining line.
I know I m being over Positive as some of August/Sept are still waiting. But as we have no option so why not be Optimist

Is it true that single applicants are getting their MD already??
I can't given link my application so I don't know what's going on with my application now. What should I do??
I called Cic and complained several times but no use, they send me email saying it fixed but it's not.

You should report a technical issue through mycic and let them know what details you filled while trying to link application. You will get a reply soon about the mistakes in detail. Once you correct them you will be able to link application for sure...

ok so one thing is proven it all depends on the officer who is handling it he can go quick or he can go really slow.

maybe the officer is on Christmas break right now

IMO it has more to do with individual files. A 5-people family has more to check for background and security than a single applicant file. An applicant who lived in 4 countries has more to be checked than one who lived in Canada since before s/he turned 18

Like it might take upto 2 weeks for doctor to send medical. Like mine it got passed in 9 days on MyCiC but ECAS took a while can say around 15 days
