Did you put unemployed during those years? It hard to give an. Advice if we cannot see what you really have put on your personal history and your employment history. If the cic were asking only written explanation you should just submit a letter explaining what were you doing during those years. Cic might be curious what were you doing during those years as you were unemployed for 2 years? It seems quite long you were unemployed tho

What should happen when doctor doesn't submit medical to cic in one month? We finished pur medical 5 weeks ago and he still didn't submit it? Please advise guys, thanks

How do you know he haven't uploaded the documents? Your Ecas? your My CIC? Ecas is usually outdated. I strongly suggest you to try with My CIC. If you have a representative, then your second best choice is too request your GCMS notes. If you are in Canada those are free. Just google GCMS and you will find the way to get them (those might take a month to be emailed to you). Your last choice is to contact CIC by phone and ask.

If your fears are true, you will have to inquire with the doctor's office about the reasons for them to not upload your documents, and demand them to do it ASAP, with a year expiration date starting from the date they sent those.

odd.. most of november applicants got medical in october.

Did you apply for your family as well? I think you applied for your spoude too.... they give priority to the files with spouses. Applicants with spouses who applied in february 2016 got decision made today too...
Its like crime to be single now..
