can you please split down the fees? test and Dr fees?

IIRC, $160 for the doctor, then go to blood & urine test ($80) and x-ray ($80) (both in South Albert)

I'm in Winnipeg - MB. The doctor office told me that it's $310. It's might be different for different provinces.

thanks :)

Hey guys,
I am from India, and I have been living in the US since 2011. I filed my application from here.
I was here on a student visa and last month I got my H1B (Work Visa).
I was just wondering if I need to report this to CIC?

I got mine on March 23rd. Looks like I'm not that far behind either.
Hopefully we'll get it in November itself.

I was told by the doctor office to upload the eMedical info sheet thru CSE. But I haven't got responds yet

I did the same...just wondering what should we do if they don't respond within two weeks. Are you planning to do the ME again?

November 12th applicant(inland)

I just want to share my medical exam with you guys, especially blood pressure.

I did medical exam in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at 9 a.m.(local time)

blood pressure, body reaction, blood test, measuring weight and height, assessment of visual acuity, some questions about my past healthy issues, X-Ray and urinalysis were done in an hour

my blood pressure was 144/(do not remember the lower one, but it was ok), which was a little bit high.

The normal range is up to 140. Mine was a little bit high. However, the doctor said it is ok and is not going to affect my PR application because it is common, people are normally nervous when they do medical test, which results in high or low blood pressure. So, as long as it is not too high or low, it does not cause any problem. He did one more blood pressure test at the end again and it was right on 140. Therefore, there is no problem.

Also, my medical exam result will be sent to CIC in 5 to 10 days. The doctor also said if I want it, I can have my record in my hand later.

My clinic was medi-clinic on 8th street. They do take a picture and even do everything with computer, there is nothing I need to do afterwards.
Hopefully, all applicants will have PR in their hand before the average process time is coming :)

Hi Guys,

I am november paper based applicant.

I have completed my medicals today and panel physician gave me a paper. How to submit that paper to CIC?

If it's emedical, they will send it for you... If not, they will also send it but it's faster if you send it through Case Specific Enquiry... Congratulations! :-)

Hey,

When is your appointment and which Dr? because all booked in Winnipeg until Nov 25. Winkler until Dec 5th and Brandon Nov 28.

Appreciate you sharing the experience. Since I am fat, my pressure tends to be a bit high (130ish) and it jumps slightly above 140 when I visit any doctor. My family doc gave me a pressure med to keep things low for the test. Good to know that they are not very picky :)

Mine is coming up on 19th.

Best of luck to all :)
