Hi. Just a question, Did you submit your passport personally? or through courier?

Personally at VFS. It saves me money.
I will also pick it up personally after VISA stamping. VFS is just in Makati, so I can manage to do that.

... Good luck to all of us ...

Just bring two photos for each passport, and each passport should be accompanied with filled up Appendix B and PPR letter copy. I recall I paid PhP 570 (more or less) each passport (P890 if you opt to have it delivered to your residence thru courier) and PhP 65 for the SMS and Email notification (this is optional).

At the VFS at Chino Roces (Pasont Tamo Extension) Proceed to the room entrance security inspection for Canada Visa applications. Bags are not allowed, only documents and mobile phones (which you have to turn off). There's a bag counter with storage fee of P100. After security inspection shall be the door entrance to the waiting area and CND VISA processing desks. It's where the guard shall provide the forms and queue #. If you opt for SMS / Courier, you'll have to fill up the forms provided.

Wait for your queue # to be called by the Receving Desk Staff who'll initially inspect your documents (for completeness) and put the docs in zippered plastic envelop. You'll then be placed on the cashier's queue. Upon payment, your tracking number shall be provided and the cashier shall explain how to access/check the status of your application.

Note: If you bring your vehicle, avoid parking it in the building. Look for other pay parking nearby. Parking space at VFS is limited that you'll take a long time looking for a slot and eventually end up entrusting your vehicle to the Vallet Parkers (PhP 90).

Hi friend

Are you paper based application or EE?

I think Manila VO is working faster than New Delhi VO.

Unfortunately, there are some applicants (like myself) even before Nov/Dec that are still waiting for MR. Dont worry my friend, your application is way ahead of most of the applicants here.

What is your Visa Office?
