You may want to submit the requested docs and include the copies of the Official Receipts (OR) and immunization certificates (in case you'll have to be given the required vaccines during the medicals).

Just include a letter of explanation and do mention in the letter that you have done the medicals and the e-medical clinic shall send the results. The OR shall be your proof.

... Good luck to all of us ...

Hi Go North, Thanks for the advice,
To make it clear, we will do our medical on 23 rd of March 2016 but I was thinking to send our requested document on 21 March 2016 and will explain in paper as i have booked the medical appointment and will be send through e medica. is that make sense? or i have to wait until we have done the medical and send the document?

Hi Ask ko lng dun sa mga nagpa medical na sa st lukes ermita. Gaano po ktagal ang process ng medical and what time po kayo dumating ng clinic??

Thank you Lizzy, I did printed out new ones and made sure I signed them all. I checked lots of times.
Thank you so much for your detailed response.

However, I sent mine on March 12 - Up until now, DHL says "Delivery arranged no details expected"
I called LBC and they said they will get back to me. The lady said the Immigration Office has to schedule a pick up with DHL.

Any thoughts about this?

Thank you Po...

Good day KCee0312!

Did you send it via LBC or DHL? Or LBC, then was transferred to DHL? ;D

Anyhow, call DHL and ask for the Loomis Express tracking no., then track it online. Here --> https://www.loomisexpress.com/ca/wfTrackingForm.aspx

Loomis Express is DHL's partner in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.

I also used DHL and when my documents reached Canada, it was transferred to Loomis Express. Just for your info, I got Loomis Express tracking info via SMS since I asked DHL to update me via SMS.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for the feedback ^^
I sent it through LBC, they have DHL for Int'l packages.
I used DHL's Customer Feedback form to Inquire more and they replied right away.

You are correct, they use a local courier "Loomis Express" and they replied that it has been delivered to CIC and Proof Of Delivery signed by Glenn.

I got worried cause LBC told me that "Delivery Arranged No Shipment Details Expected" means that the CiC has to pick up the documents from DHL. They asked me to call a number (1 905 452 5900) which is Loomis Express's number. And my nomination will expire on the 30th of March.

Thank you Po! This is very helpful!

Hi!

How did you do your Israel police certificate? I also need to do it but I am living in Metro Vancouver. It is too far from Toronto. Did you do by On-line?

Reverting to Stay's previous post, it seems like his visa office is London

Thank you @highty but from what I can deduce from this forum I conclude that Accra Visa Office is the slowest. Can anyone one refute my assertion?

Your assertion seems correct, but have it in mind that Accra visa office looks after up to 8 countries in terms of PR ,student visa and all that. So mostly likely Accra will be slower when compared to other VO's that handles it's own applications only
