My timeline is as follows: Received Nomination on the 11th of December 2015, Sent Application to CIC on the 23rd of December 2015, Application Received by Doug on the 30th of December 2015, Received UCI and AOR on the 1st of March 2016.

Please I can login with my UCI and Application can anyone help me on what to do?

Hello dear, you can try logging in to the ecas services with your UCI number. If you are not able to see your details that it means it has not been activated yet. Mine took couple of days before it got activated

Hi KCee0312! In the next few weeks you will surely have your AOR and a couple of weeks after that you'll get the MR if your VO is CEM.

No i didnt do any Case Specific Enquiry or request for any information. I just received email this morning. Email id was of Delhi Immigration. They said that my file has been transferred to them. That's all.

Lol yeah.... even i was surprised cuz i wasn't expecting email. Maybe they have all started sending email notification of file transfer now.

It's been 14 weeks since CIC received my application and I haven't got AOR yet. Can you please advise if you have seen anyone who was waiting this long to get their AOR? Should I call CIC to ask or do you have any advise for me?
