Hello People,

Finally got my AOR, Nominated by MPNP on 20th November 2015 file received by CIC on the 27th Nov 2015 AOR sent on the 28th Feb 2016 didnt know they work Sundays. I have a question though, I am a citizen of Nigeria but currently resides in the United States on Student's Visa, which local visa office are they going to transfer my file Accra Ghana for Nigeria or United States Local Visa Office?

I received my AOR from CIC office yesterday.
This is my latest timeline

BCPNP Nomination = Oct 22, 2015
PNP PR application sent = Nov 19,2015
PR application received =Nov 25, 2015
AOR = Feb. 26, 2016

CIC doesn't even know your file is with them until AOR (They can't verify [your] file until it has an App number (EP). It's a letter/package sitting in their bin, waiting to be reviewed by a human.

It's taking 3 months +/- 1 week from file reaching CIO-Sydney to AOR

Yes.

I think AOR stage is common for everyone. After that, outland generally has a shorter process time than inland.

Today I can access ECAS to review the process,

"1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 26, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 25, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on February 26, 2016."

Anybody know the whole procedures in above format?
