I just noticed, inland applicants AOR are slower than Outland, why is that so?

Are you outland or inland applicant?

i guess visa office sending the aor, not Sydney. that is also the reason the inland application is slower in every stage. i am just guessing.

I received my AOR on the 24/2/2016. I have tried logging into ECAS and can't find my details yet. Is it normal please and do we expect another email to say our file has been transferred to VO? Your opinion counts please
