Guys I have a quick question, Xpress post is regular mail or Courier Mail? I sent Xpress post to courier address of CIC. Delivery Report says delivered without signature option. Some one told me that Xpress post is regular mail not a courier. I am confused :

Any suggestions please.

You can send your package to both addresses. However, Canada post agent told me that I should write the PO box address. I sent my package via Xpress Canada post to the PO box address and MK received it. Just buy a signature sticker for 1.5$ for your package.

Xpresspost should be a courier.

I sent mine with it, MK signed and system show as delivered.

There's also [Registered Mail], which is cheaper than Xpresspost, still gets signed and confirmation of delivery, but slower. This one goes to the PO box.

Canada xpress post is not a courier.. Its regular mail. I came to know after send my xpress package to courier address and it happened same like you canada post did not ask me to buy a signature option. But i do not know how somebody signed it and it was delivered and recieved by DS and here so many applicants file recieved by DS so i am not worried. But do not stress out afterall both are CiC address.

It doesn't matter. All applications have been sent to CIO Sydney and then will send and distribute to local VOS.

Hi Umanitoba, are you aware on how will they inform us about the Visa Office? Will they email it to us or it will be seen only on ECAS status?

I think outland applicants will receive a file transfer email regarding their local VO after receiving their AOR.

Thank you so much for that... SO I guess I have to wait for the email then. I am a bit confused as I am FIlipino, but based abroad,and the nearest VO is SYDNEY,AUSTRALIA. But I preferred MANILA Office, as I've read some applicants got their MR faster from that office.
