Yes I see, I tried that now and it works... but I tried it before I received my AOR and I couldn't login. It probably works once you already received the AOR.

... Anyway, since I already have my UCI # from my AOR, it's what I always use.

No in my case I've not got AOR but still have access of my ECAS showing. "In process" and we have started process your application.

No they are all processed at CIO Sydney. It probably depends on the person who look at your packages. (maybe sb took a vacation week and is now catching up)

I'm just worried about my Israeli police certificate

Well, I just had a look at the website and it says "updated Tuesday"
so, I guess if you got yours after Tuesday, it won't show up yet.

At least, we got AOR, it will show up soon

my situation is that even before sending my PNP application, I went to Israeli embassy and applied for Israeli police certificate because they said it might take 3 months for the certificate to reach its destination(Israel doesn't give police certificate to a person). I'm just worried about what if it has been sent to CPC earlier than my PNP application, which may result in making me apply for another certificate.

Yes I know I can apply for it online.
the problem is there is no English version
what I don't like is that there is no English-translated instruction about it.

if there is, can anybody help me how to apply for it online?

Online for Canada immigration office, of course, police will on English. After 2-3 weeks you can call on the Toronto and ask about your police. If police in the Toronto, need send email with your AOR file number and address Sydney office. Pay fee and Toronto will send your police

Are you inland applicant? They said inland applicants received it longer than outland. Is this true?

I have read from other threads, that they received MR 5-6 months after CIO received application.

Maybe it depends on the Visa Office..in the other forum, Manila Visa Office emailed the MR and RPRF to applicants after a month or less after receiving their AOR this January 2016.
