Dont worry shielatimpen, regarding these photos..these are very common mistakes and Iam sure most of applicants have done that. some have forget to put dates, some put on all pictures (cic instructed to leave one blank), some have send with old picture format..I think they will request you another set of pictures at the time of medical request if they need one..

January is the month of OCT-NOV Applicants. So I guess FEB is for NOV-DEC than MArch is fro DEC-JAN applicants..

Noted sir thank you. I am waiting for Medical Request. My estimated date to receive it, is from Feb 10 to 17 based on other applicants who got AOR as their VO is Manila.

Hi Nov. 2015 PR applicants,

Most of us November 2015 CIC-PR applicants have this unique situation.

There were some of these changes and we were caught in between the transition period of implementation:
1. Generic Application Form for Canada [IM0008]
> This was supposed to be updated Nov 2015, however, the new form was not yet available on line (at least during the 2nd week of Nov 2015, based on my experience). Hence, most of us used the old form.
2. There were changes in the size of the picture requirements, however by week 2 - Nov 2015, this new information was not yet posted online and furthermore, the modifications on Application for Permanent Residence – Guide for Provincial Nominees (IMM P7000) was only done/online Dec 15, 2015. Hence, most followed the old picture sizes.

... fellow Nov 2015 PR applicants, let's all share our experience and remedies in case these may cause any unexpected delays ... I'm praying and hoping there shall be none.
