We applied MPNP Sept 2013, then July 2015 I was interviewed, then my Husband and then our supporter. August 2015 we received our LOA.. It took us 2 months to collect the needed documents because I gave birth to our 2nd child so we need additional documents for our new baby, and we waited for the police clearance of my husband in Dubai which took 3 weeks and in Qatar..

Hi Kenzo, yeah it was sent snail mail, at first it was lost then I ask CIC to email again to our sponsor in Manitoba, then after1-day they got it, formal letter with stamp on it. Then my sponsor sent it to us via DHL.

We were nominated NOV-2014, so I think still the old process.

Now when they extended my nomination, it was only sent thru email.

How did CIC extend your nomination? I mean, did you request for it or did they automatically extended it in lieu of what happened to your papers?

... I'm preparing myself with this issue. I sent my CIC application Nov. 8, 2015 following the previous CIC guidelines and forms. They released a new revision of the form which was upposedly dated Nov, 2015, but it was not yet available on line at that time. Even the new size of the pictures was not yet updated in the guidelines at that time.
... I pray to God for my application to be considered.

I had a question I applied for ainp on July 2015 and still waiting. My express entry score is 436 and yesterday got a message from Ontario immigration that I can apply for oinp.
I am wondering is it possible to have two files like one ainp already in process and one oinp can I apply or not.
Second little worried if apply for oinp and in mean time if score comes down to 436 which may be will they consider my file in that or not.
Third with in how many days oinp gives a or

Hello! The extension request will come from the APPLICANT. So my case, when I found out that it was returned due incomplete and the letter says that the NOMINATION also has expired, I need to email MPNP and told them what happened. They will require proof that it was returned, e.g copy of the CIC letter, (scanned) and other proof you can show.

MPNP replied after 1.5 month, so it will also take time. And only gave us 3months extension OCT-JAN.
So this coming JAN-19, my nomination will expire again.

I also have the same sentiments as you have. WE are caught in the middle. of new GENERIC Form and Photo (confusing) Specification.

I hope they will reconsider us... We both have almost the same timeline, Signed NOV-2015.

May I know when was your application received by CIO? Mine was Nov. 13, 2015. ... Where you able to use the new November 2015 form? I wasn't able to... by the date I was preparing my CIC application, until the day I submitted it thru courier (Nov. 8, 2015), the new form wasn't available yet online.... :-[ :-[ ???

hello guys..
congrats to all who already got AOR...i have send my pr application in december and now waiting for AOR.
i have question about Bridging OWP.
my PGWP expires in april and currently i m waiting for AOR in order to apply for BOWP. but friend of mine told me there are like two AORs. i.e. 1st one starts with XEP and second with EP and rest numbers are same.
so can you guys tell me when you received AOR after around 3 months which number do you get? one with XEP or EP and importantly which one can i use for BOWP? should i wait for AOR or should i just apply for closed WP based on nomination.

Please help....

I was not able to follow the new picture sizes though I submitted my application packages on the first week of November, 2015 (the effectivity month of the new forms/picture sizes). The information and revised form were not yet available online when I was still preparing my documents.

Would anyone happen to know how to send a set of pictures that follows the new size requirements? I don't have an AOR yet, hence I don't have any reference # UCI and application EP00.... number from CIC. Would that be possible?

I just want to avert any possible delays this may cause.

... anyone, please help and share your experience.

And yes ur right during that time the new forms and format they refer to were not yet in the guide or not yet uploaded online, so let's just hope that the changes wont affect our application.
