I submitted my CIC application last Nov. 8, 2015. I used the old form since the new form was not yet available online at that time.

There's also a thread for Nov. 2015 CIC PNP PR applicants.

Below was my last tracking of my CIC application sent thru courier DHL (from the Philippines). They said they forwarded to local courier of Sydney which is LOOMIS and they gave their website and tracking number to check my shipment.

I am a Filipino, but working in Papua New Guinea. So outland, applying for the Manitoba PNP.
They received my application yesterday thru DHL, signed by "DAVE" from CIO.

I am just worried,as I checked the GUIDE P7000 today, they have new uploaded forms now updated this month also NOV. Even the photo specs on the APPENDIX-A, is different now 50mmx70mm and 31-36mm face size.

Which the one I passed was 35-45mm and 25-30mm-face. I cannot do much now but wait if they will return it again, its my second application actually.

They just returned the whole packaged. without AOR. Di rin sila nagsend ng email to resubmit ur application, nagindicate lang sila ng letter sa package then nkalagay dun ung reason kung bakit binalik nila ung application. In short they didn't process the application..

Hi, in our case, they emailed us around AUG-2015, saying that they have returned the package sometime in MAY-2015, so almost 3-months before we got any email from CIC, no UCI no AOR, they received it APR-2015 by the way.

But the package got lost while in transit (that's why I am dreaming that they will not practice this anymore, as some postage are not realiable, specially the 3rd world country I am at roght now. It also has an explaination letter inserted inside why it was deemed incomplete. (missing signature only)

But we are so lucky that when we called CIC, the customer care was very helpful and they informed us what's lacking on the package. They just asked for my details, name phone # address, and he located the status. So while waiting for the physical package, I got time to prepare everything ready again.

We need the STICKER by the way that was issued by Manitoba to include on the the new application again.

So there goes, DEC-3 received by CIO again, hopefully it will not be returned this time. Or I hope if there's anything lacaking, they will just email us ang ask for it, instead of returning the whole package.

Hassle talaga na by mail tayo nagpadala.. mas maganda sana kung online nalang.. anong sticker binigay ng manitoba sa inyo? did u receive your LOA thru snail mail? kami kasi thru email sinend ng MPNP yung LOA namin..

Hi Kenzo, yeah it was sent snail mail, at first it was lost then I ask CIC to email again to our sponsor in Manitoba, then after1-day they got it, formal letter with stamp on it. Then my sponsor sent it to us via DHL.

We were nominated NOV-2014, so I think still the old process.

Now when they extended my nomination, it was only sent thru email.

they returned my application 2nd week of NOV. I recievd it NOV 26..
