Just a pondering thought....

"IF" I got a JOB OFFER from a Canadian Employer, will my application to CIC be faster???

What do you think? And how are we going to inform CIC? Will they expedite the papers that has a job offer with it?

Job offer is defined as job with LMIA. If you are paper based, once it reaches the stage of CIC, everyone follows the same queue and they will not expedite. EE has an advantage of 6 months process time.

Mim23, The previous APPENDIX-A doesn't require the photographer's details. Only the family's (yes we (3) are all travelling to Canada) details on 5 photos and the 6th blank.

But on this link, (pls check below)

The photo requirements are totally different. SO I am confused which one needs to be followed. CHECKLIST or THE APPENDIX-A which is just updated now, NOV-2015!

All three of us just passed the package on this same month too. Not knowing the APPENDIX-A already changed.

SAMIN, PROVINCIAL NOMINEE CLASS, SO ANG SINEND NAMIN IS BASED FROM THE CHECKLIST WHICH IS 6 PHOTOS FOR EACH (PRINCIPAL APPLICANT, SPUOSE AND EACH FOR ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN). ON THE BACK OF THE 5 PHOTOS, IT SHOULD BEAR THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO APPEARS IN THE PHOTOGRAPH, DATE OF BIRTH AND DATE THE PHOTO WAS TAKEN. LEAVE THE 6TH PICTURE BLANK.

Kami rin eh, checklist rin ang sinunod namin. Pero ung size hndi ba 50-70mm na sa bago ngaun?
Pero ang pinasa namin yung DATI pa rin, 30-45mm pa rin. ikaw ba> anong size pinasa nyo?

Ang mali ko lang yata,,, wala akong stamp or infos ng STUDIO who took the photos. ???
Praying na sana naman OK pa rin.

oo nga, ang pinasa namin size is yung bago, 50-70mm ang sinunod namin kasi sa checklist ang sabi is "refer to the IMM7000 for photo specifications" kaya sizes, yung bago ang sinonod namin. Pero kung ilang pieces and kung ano ang ilagay sa likod is sa checklist po namin ibinase.. Masyado lang tayo napaparanoid guys! hehehe ang sinulat lang namin sa likod is Name, date of birth and date the photo was taken.


OO nga sana, mabilis na. Kasi sa Facebook page ng CIC Philippines, ang bilis ng takobo ng papers nila sa CIC, within 4-6 months nag VISA on HAND na sila. Sana tayo rin.. Let's all hope for the best!

I have a doubt in photo specification.

SO totally how many photos we need to keep. 6 or 7?.

i believe we should leave the 6th photograph blank.
