All of this can be done in the "Profile" section, click on "Forum Profile Information" under the "Modify Profile" heading on the lest hand side of the screen.

Im not pretty sure but what I heard is in Ontario. Just call the CIC number and ask them, it takes too long before they answer you but you can get the concrete answer with them.

Nope., I think manila visa office doesn't send email regarding file transfer. They will just email applicants regarding MR and RPRF.
