Yes param17 is right, my file received by CIC on dec 9, 2015. and got AOR on march 4..

It's been 2 days past one month now since I received my AOR and I haven't been emailed my MR yet...

While the rest of the November 2015 CIC applicants already have their MR... mine is till pending.

I'm having the same situation again.... During my MPNP application, many of those who applied later than me got their LOA's way ahead of me and it took me 20 slow months before I finally got my nomination... and now this....

I was hoping my fate would change and that I'd be on time with CIC this time. I don't understand...

We just had our card charged this morning. Do you normally get an email too or is the card just the indication of AOR?

Our application was received by CIC December 18th.

Inland application. Applied through AINP (not sure if that makes a difference)

I think the only difference is the volume of applicants assigned to a VO and how fast that VO works.

@ go north well u cant compare ur application with another applicants, some are fast some are slow, but i tink ur visa office is manina[philipines], u will recieve file transfer first, then wait for 3 months when ur file is at local visa office before u can receive anytin like medical request

I applied to CIC on the 23rd december 2015 application received 30th December 2015 and got my AOR and UCI number on the 1st of March 2016.

I really hope and pray so,

AOR since February 4, 2016 and still haven't received MR....

The sad fact is, reading thru the other thread topics, there are lots of those who received their AOR during the first week of Feb (from the same CEM as mine - Manila) that have actually already received their MR.

I'm not comparing between applicants, I'm rather comparing between the processing... if CIC exactly says in the AOR that my "application is considered complete based upon the requirements of the Instructions and Regulation 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA)", then what's causing the delay with the MR?

... It's very frustrating, I can't help to feel that way ... considering I also went thru a long MPNP waiting time (20 months)...
