Will we get an email when our application moves from BG In Progress, to Decision Made?

Nope you wont get any updates or email when they update your status. Just happened I checked my ecas lastnight and got surprised i already got decision made after an hour received ppr email under promitions folder on my gmail

ECAS changes never get email notification

Final Decision changed to In Progress doesn't generate email notification

I think change to decision made will generate email, but that comes after PPR email from CPC-Ottawa

Hello everyone I am Nov 09. 2015 applicant and my file is with CPP Ottawa.

Quick enquiry :

CIC recently updated their website. on my GC CIC account When you click on Help (?) on the right of "Final Decision"

Its says : We have reached a final decision on your application.
If your application is approved, we will send you instructions on what to do next.
These instructions will be sent to your account.
If your application is refused, we will send you the reason(s) for the refusal.

Do they made the final decision or its just explanation the Final Decision.

regards aman

Finally !

Can you please tell which supporting documents you took with you? I am doing it soon as well.

Interesting people from March and April 2016 received PPR today and they are saying that they did not apply through EE and applied paper base. Any idea?

Need only Passport, visa and CoPR.
Only few questions about criminality and legal status all time in Canada (it's from CoPR letter and you sign this place on CoPR after answer).

Good luck

I have checked the blog histroy, realized that some Nov and Dec 2015 applicants got their PPR in Dec 2016. So , there are people getting ahead of the majorities.

Yes no idea what they are doing these days because according to my understanding there is no privilege in federal section of PNP applicant unless you are nominated through EE. I can understand the security can cause delay but what about MR. March and April applicants that received PPR today got MR in October means 1 month before Nov and Dec applicants.

My understanding was that some provinces do get PNP quicker than others. I think Alberta is the slowest processing time still. About 9-12 months to receive nomination (at least) then normally a minimum of 14 months before we receive CoPR. In total including waiting for the nomination, your now looking at 2 years+ for PR in Alberta.

I had understood that BC, Ontario and Saskatchewan you could pretty much have your PNP in around 12 months including nomination. I know a friend who got his, including nomination in around 12 months and that was BC.
