Hi, All I applied my study visa application online on Nov 17 under SPP cat. I got visa rejection on 14 Dec the reason stated was purpose of visit and Other reason My proposed study is not reasonable etc etc the long one reason.I provide every thing except backlog certificate.Can anybody advice any clue?

Apply for CAIPS notes as soon as possible. That will have the visa officer's actual notes for your file. I also got rejected once and followed @Helican's steps. See this thread below.

I reapplied and got my visa 2 days back.

dont worry man. stay positive and stay clam and reapply with proper documents. Make sure you order the caipsgcms.com report first. Read it properly and then prepare strong SOP and other documents.
