You should be getting your eCOPR this week. Did you reach out to IRCC? I've seen people reaching out to IRCC after 60 days and getting their eCOPR in next few days..

They might have opened your case (UCI#) for eCoPR work and noticed you had a BOWP application overdue and approved it. Hoping you receive you eCoPR soon!
I did reach out to them on March 25th. They said they'll be sending a message to the VO officer.

Back in January, when I received my Final Decision, I noticed that all my family members, including myself, had the same COPR number listed in the tracker. But when I checked again on March 20th, each of us had a different COPR number showing in the application tracker.
It was actually me who reached out to IRCC(march 25), requesting approval for at least one of the applications—either the Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) or Permanent Residency—because I had run out of health coverage, my SIN had expired, and we were no longer receiving benefits.
Thankfully, I’m a bit relieved now that I’ve at least received the Work Permit.
Oh that's weird. I was able to renew my Health Card (OHIP) using the WP-EXT except PGWP letter that you receive after applying for BOWP and they renewed my health card for another year.
I already got two extensions from Manitoba.
The last time I met them asking for extension, they were like how come you don't have a decision on your work permit yet?
Anyway, this would have impacted my kids, I'm glad I don't have to worry about that anymore.
I just noticed the one year validity.
Damn, I guess each province has different rules.
I used to be in Ontario in 2021. They wouldn't give me a Health Card unless I have a PERMANENT full time job.
Here in Manitoba, you get health coverage as long as your permit(work/study) is valid for more than 6 months. You don't need to be employed.
Sorry, yes forgot to mention that. The two documents required for renewal were WP-EXT except PGWP letter and Employment letter.
