Since the Biometrics took for both applicants, it should get updated in both their profile.

There is no need to submit webform. It will take a month to get a response anyway. This is likely just a computer glitch but processing will continue. Not unusual for processing to take months. Either you get approved/refusal very quickly through automation or it takes much longer because the application needs a manual review.

hello folks, i have a question, hoping to get more insights. sorry for the long message.

1. i have applied for visitor visa for my parents (November 12, 2024 ). at the time of submission i was asked to choose a principal applicant and it was mentioned that biometrics will be required only for the principal applicant.
2. after submission, i received the 'biometrics collection letter' for both the applicants (November 13, 2024)
3. completed biometrics for both the applicants on same day (November 18, 2024)
4. now, the principal applicant status got updated as 'Biometrics - November 18, 2024: Completed', but the non-principal applicant still has biometrics status as 'We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details.'

question- do i need to follow-up with CIC about the non-principal applicant's biometrics status. if yes- is there any other way to contact them rather than submitting the webform.

It happened with me too. Although both of them had biometric completed, the message that biometric completed shows only on my mother’s. The biometric validity letter was received for both. Both the profiles shows application approved.

Anyone waiting for passport stamping from IRCC Delhi ?

My parents passport was received at IRCC Delhi for visitor visa stamping on 22 Nov, no update after that...!
Not sure how many days it will take, I read in other forums its 15 to 20 business days...

Anyone with similar timeline and waiting, pls share your experience..
