This was my situation also with the same office i chose paper copy but was sent E-certificate email. I received date for oath ceremony two days later

Does someone know for minor application under section 5(2). We will receive e-Certificate only after mailing in original PR card to CPC as minors do not have ceremony? There is no update since AOR in 22 Nov 2024. Application submitted on Nov 1st. Processing office is Scarborough.

@OSEY thanks for answering. So did you waited for your paper certificate to apply for a passport or you request for e-certificate during the ceremony?

I also did the Oath on 27th March from Calgary and haven’t received the certificate.

There is no support mechanism to check for status.

If you got email to download certificate, your oath is already scheduled but haven’t updated on tracker yet . It will be updated on tracker in 2-5 business days .
