Hi,
I submitted my application on November 1st 2023. I took the test in December 2023 itself but since then there are no updates. I tried several times to register on Citizenship Tracker but the verification code never arrives. I wrote several web forms and called IRCC Helpline but still nothing.

Hello everyone. We applied as a family of four, consisting of two adults, on November 26th. Both my spouse and I underwent the test on January 17th, and we received updates on January 25th. However, while my background was updated on February 23rd, my wife's remains unchanged.

This morning, my LPP was updated, but for my wife only Language and Physical was updated why is her status regarding background and prohibition still hasn't changed. We both arrived as permanent residents with the same nationality.

I'm curious about the reason behind this delay in my wife's background check and prohibition status. Is this a normal occurrence in the application process?

Ok an update regarding my app after fp was received on Feb 4, today March 5 I was checking my app and I saw an update and now everything is complete LPP and BC, so I gues 1 more step remaining which is Oath hopefully that won't take long, I'm super excited !!!!

It's from Niagara office but has its own email for the group which is attending on the same date... Each group has it's own email id
