Because you are wrong, look at other groups and tracker. It always goes by application date and not AOR.

Just chill...it doesn't matter what you think, there are more important people in this world....processing clock starts only when AOR /application number is generated, after a completeness check. - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...-canadian-citizen/after-apply-next-steps.html. If your application is incomplete, no aor, app number is generated and application is returned. GCMS system doesn't accept incomplete applications.
I’m Nov 4th, waiting on BG and Prohibition. Everything else was done Jan 23rd.
It’s not my first application and I know what I’m talking about. No need to be that stubborn and do your due diligence.

If your case is not procesessed by Montreal Office , you should be fine , they are just slow !
Mine are all green as of yesterday, how long do it usually take for the ceremony to be in progress? I know it varies a lot, just curious. Mississauga office here.
Congratulations! Based on what I've observed last month, the period people got their invitation letter ranges from few days to couple of weeks after LPP. Hope you get yours very soon.

On Mar 2 (Saturday), I received an email to download e-citizenship certificate at the email address I used to submit my citizenship application.
However, ceremony date is still not available in the tracker.
You'll most likely see it tomorrow in the tracker, and receive an email with invitation
Did Vancouver office not ask to submit passport copies? October applicant with similar physical presence days at 1097 but vancouver office asked for my passport copies
